You've got a great start! We like the app and feel that you have a good grasp on Kanji, however, we would like to see a longer first person sample. What you've got is nice, but a longer sample helps us better understand his voice and mannerisms.
Thank you for your interest in Smash Academy and your application! We are very excited to get some fresh blood and some Fire Emblem appreciation.
That being said, however, we're aware that information on the particular game is a bit sparse and we're hoping you can fill in some additional holes for us. In terms of Navarre's personality, can you tell us a little more about how his mind works? We understand well that he's a bit antisocial minus some exceptions. Maybe tell us more about said exceptions (i.e., why he refuses to fight against women), or other weaknesses he might have. Explore him a bit more in depth as to why his mind ticks the way it does.
For his backstory, we understand Fire Emblem has a bad habit of neglecting information on its characters. We'd like a little more on him, though. Maybe fill it up with any head canon you have for him, like how his actions impacted the storyline of the game. (He might not be a main character, but surely he was important and played a vital role on one side or the other.) Also, if you could go a little bit more into why he's coming to the academy (we know he must be a bit bored without being able to beat people senseless), that'd be appreciated. Don't be afraid to get a little creative! We love head canon!
Your samples are good, but they are pretty old. We'd like to see something a bit more recent. It doesn't have to be Smash related, but it might help us understand his voice a little bit more and how he'll fit into a town and academy dedicated to brawling. Don't be afraid to use action tags either if that'll make it easier. (We understand how hard it can be to get an antisocial person to say more than a few lines.)
Overall, this app has a good start. We just need some holes filled in, so we get a better idea of him. We're sure Navarre's more than a jerk and we'd like to see all dimensions of him, what makes him human, what he's like on the interior, and so on. We look forward to seeing your revisions. Thank you for your application! We would like to see some revisions. We realize a character like Kazegami has little to work with as far as personality and history goes, and what few lines he has in the games are very cut and dry... but we would like to see some expansion in your application. The personality has some creative elaboration already, though we would like to know why he acts this way and, if possible, incorporate any of his history to help support and explain this. Were there there any events in his life that lead him to have this kind of flamboyant personality, or were there simply environmental factors at play?
In addition, the formatting in the history section is a little clumsy to read; there is no need to start a new paragraph every other sentence. Elaborate a little further on the history too--what happens in Okamiden and what is his role in it (however brief)?

Personality Changes: Quite basically, he is the same in the sense of his douchebaggery and general lack of caring over his own manners, but there are a few slight changes.
Over the course of Smash Academy, he proved to mature ever so slightly. He came to take things more seriously, such as the Majima issue in which he was all, "Killing is happening, shit's serious." Not anymore, no. He is much more like the way he was upon his first arrival, shrugging shit off and handling things in a much more... chill fashion.
His cockiness will be a bit more increased since the update. He wants spotlight. He loves spotlight. He wants to be that guy that people can look at and think, "Wow, he is a total badass, I wish I could be like him."Except that as always, his douchery makes him fail at that. He kinda thought he was hot shit already, but it'll be a little more bumped up.
His sexuality, once more certain to be homosexual, will now be very, very undecided. In fact, he will care little about romance and hardly even think of the idea of, "Hey, what would happen if I got into romantic cahoots." That, and he is no longer the type of person to settle down. To be more consistent with his devil-may-care, free-spirited attitude, he will be more of the type to take his own path, rather than think of marrying and staying with someone for the rest of forever.
This thus makes him suck even more at romance and ~comprehending feelings~ than he was before. Oops.
All-in-all, SAME OLD GOOSE but with some changes and more like the way he was when he first discovered the place.

After the events of PW64, on one fateful day, he went for a flight in his gyrocopter and found himself encountered with some... nasty turbulence. Something he found difficult to pull out of. He didn't think it would be a big problem, and sadly for him, he underestimated the jam he was in. He found himself soon diving into the ocean, and certain that he was going to crash, he prepared for an emergency ejection.
His ejection spring was jammed.
Welp. This didn't look good.
The gyrocopter plummeted into the ocean, and something... completely unexpected happened. Water rushed around in spatters, as he expected from a high velocity crash, and yet something... was off. His gyrocopter had slowed, as if time itself was coming to a screeching halt. The water was splashing in rivulets due to something completely different: a blinding white, circular light within the ocean.
Before he knew it, he passed through that light, and ultimately, crashed. Whatever happened vastly lessened the impact, not to mention the fact that he was no longer over the ocean, so he was surprisingly pretty okay. Bruised and cut up, to be sure, but okay.
Except wait, why wasn't he at the ocean anymore? And why was he crash landed in some weird parking lot in front of this holy shit this place is massive school?
Deciding that this is the weirdest thing to ever happen to him, he went inside to look for answers...

A note to your earlier inquiries! Given what was discussed informally on plurk, we would prefer Goose has a complete CR reset, and then specific and desired memories can be recalled over time as he redevelops.

You've got an excellent start! However, we feel the samples are more about the demons, rather than Raidou. Though they're fascinating in their own right, we'd like you to rewrite the samples focusing more on Raidou himself. Everything else looks great--good luck!

Personality Changes: Kanji's social link with Yu will increase to level 8, meaning that his relationship with Yu is stronger, and he's less ashamed about his talent of sewing and crafting. He's beginning to overcome some of his insecurities about himself and being accepted for who he is. However, he still has work to do in that area; he's only beginning.
In addition, he will see the world a bit differently, due to this whole Midnight Channel business and the goddess Izanami. While Kanji was not as directly involved as Yu, he may reflect upon things more, wondering about the goddesses, true desires, and the like. Kanji isn't the type to philosophize deeply, so it won't affect him too much, but he may stop and consider it. Also, his bond with any of the other investigation members (like Naoto) will be deepened due to the experience.
History Changes (If any): Kanji, Naoto, and Yu return to Inaba on March 20th in the afternoon. There is a feeling they can't shake; like they hadn't completely solved the murder mystery. Upon returning, Yu does some investigating along with Kanji, Naoto, and the other Investigation team members, and discover that the goddess Izanami had been essentially manipulating this whole event by bestowing the power of the Persona to Yu, Adachi, and Namatame. By doing this, she wanted to discover humanity's true desires.
There is more info on Izanami and her purpose in the true ending at the Shin Megami Tensei wiki. Basically, after discovering that the Gas Station attendant was actually Izanami, Yu and the others chase her into the Shadow World, into her land Yomotsu Hirasaka, where they battle her. When it looks as though all hope is lost, Yu's Persona Izanagi (who is Izanami's husband in Japanese mythology) morphs into Izanagi-no-Okami, due to the bonds Yu had forged, and ultimately defeats her. While she is not "gone," she acknowledges that Yu had won the battle, and that she will not interfere with humanity any longer.
With that, the whole truth is uncovered about the Personae and the murders. The Investigation Team then returns to Inaba in satisfaction and celebrates learning the real truth. In that time, Kanji levels up his social link with Yu a bit. They stay in Inaba for several days, probably around a week or so.

Those part time hours at the city library all those moons ago were certainly coming in handy, as was the fact that she practically lived there and knew the shelves better than she knew the layout of the girl's dorms.
This was a library coup.
And then one day she discovered she had some keys? And they were to the library?? Was that a job application…? An orange? SHE SUBMITTED IT.
